Kinda but they are bunched up, cocteau twins could be confused for shoegaze but they are dreampop correct me if I’m wrong.

Shoegaze, dream pop, neo psychedelia, I don’t really take these terms that seriously but I’d say they all have the same chill and/or dreamy vibe but with shoegaze using electric guitars and pedals, dream pop using synths, and neo psychedelia using acoustic guitars.
