Seems like my top lip has some volume but doesn't do the classic and aesthetically pleasing upturn.Its flat and looks thin af.Its not that I am not using it enough I guess or my lip seal.

The worst part is that the bottom lip looks huge cause it is.

Should I even consider this or it's not a big deal?
If yes what can I do?

Both your jaws are probably recessed. A double jaw with genio included would be more recommended than just a genio.
But if you understandably choose to do just the genio considering the easier price and recovery then at least get a lip lift on your upper lip
