What is the appropriate oral dosage for selegiline?

Read multiple threads on here but couldn't find one solid or agreed on oral dosage (not transdermal or sublingual). Since it has about 10% bioavailability orally,what dose should be used,keeping in mind the cheese effect thing,selectivity and all
