What is the attractive face distribution curve

I heard a guy name dimar (if i spell it right) created the distribution curve, but I can't find anything about the distribution curve. Only thing i know is that it look similar to the gaussian curve.
Could anyone provide me information about the curve? I want to study it. I especially want the percentile.

You can put anything on gaussian curve, only thing that matters is distribution standards, not the curve itself.
