Generally, being tan/orange is best if you're really pale. Also, don't tan, like not in the sun or in a tanning bed, use carotenoids or something.

I'd argue that if you're like pale, pure white, go for darker hair. But if your skin has pinkish undertones, then go for dirty blonde/brown hair.

I think eye color is generally cope, just do what your heart desires, light eyes are technically the most desirable according to polls, but there hasn't been any conclusive research
