There's already loads of shit available for eyebag concealer. Honestly fakeupmaxxing is only a good idea if you're at a distance and/or if you're in a dimly lit place like a nightclub, otherwise the foid will look at you up close and think you're a fag for putting on fakeup (larping as a fag to get close to a foid gets you nowhere unless you're planning on committing battery or other crimes in GTA San Andreas )

The only other way to do so is to sleep more. And I mean going to bed early and getting 8hrs+ of sleep every night for 3 months straight. Eyebags are extremely persistent, as you may have noticed. Things like smoking/drinking/drugs def won't help either, quit that shit now if you're doing it.
