Best quality healthcare and it's private which is actually good because you can get surgeries even if you aren't dying. A lot of people shit on it but even though it's expensive you wouldn't be able to get a surgery in any socialist country anyways

The only socialist countries I know is China and North Korea. Price is very important, in US you would pay 5k+tickets, and in Turkey it would cost 1.5-2k
