What is the best diet I can eat with crazy vegetarian parents

My stomach has been fucked for years and it keeps progressing, some days im literally debilitated and cant walk, I've tried everything man, please help
They would never let me eat primal and I dont have the money to buy my own food, do you think I should include cooked meats aswell, or just stick to raw eggs (they are the only raw food I can have)
