just fw u jfl, best bf% would be 10-12% but idk what FFMI but u can prob lean bulk with sarms and keep a low bf% bc iirc my homie had veins while bulking during his first cycle and got pretty big so maybe 2-3 cycles? it depends but other ppl can prob help more since Im natty
