What is the best guide for geomaxxing?

I'm like 99.99% sure that if I stay in Northern Europe I will still be KHHV by the time I turn 30, I just don't see any other way than to geomaxx. I do have the money for it and a six figure remote job. It seems like at least East Asian countries are not that different from western ones, face is still the only thing that matters.
What is the best guide here on geomaxxing?
