You can do Upper lower Split which is What alot of Bodybuilder do or Skip legs and do Push pull skipi want to build muscle but i don't want to go gym 6 times a week
There is no “best” gym split.
Depends on your goals and your body and your work outs, etc.
That said, find someone who has a physique you want and model their work outs / split.
