The latter would be better because tanning often looks worse than natural golden olive skin.

It's rare to find someone who has an olive skin tone naturally and also has light blue eyes though.

Most people with the colouring that I mentioned would be white people who tanned their skin.

Syrians that come to europe look white af, I dunno if that is bc they are from a different region. They are pale with at least t20 eyes.

Most likely. My hair is darker and my skin has more green undertones. I even have a bit of redness on my cheeks.

The best hair and eye color combo is probably bald and blind. That way, you don't have to worry about matching or styling your hair, and you can't see the color of your eyes anyway.
