.If you don't care about that or your cals have been low so far for the day. Just eat whtever who cares. Uber eats some shit or just make some pasta with a whole bunch of cheese on it if u got nothing gd in ur cupboards. Cheese makes anything nice.

In fact who eats tht volume of oats in general daily. Even bodybuilders that consume probs 6000 cals a day are eating like 80g oats a serving. Most people on low fibre diet (most westeners) would be constipated for 2 days if they ate 350grams of oats.
