What would be the best material to build up the nose bridge?
From my understanding:
Silicone: + most flexible in terms of shape and sizes, easily removable
- can shift over time, rejected by body, high risk of infection
Cartilage (autologous rib/donor rib,...): + uses organic material, looks natural in most cases
- can resorbed into body, donor cartilage may be rejected, could potentially warp/dissolve over time
DCF: dont know much about this

will not post any photos, it is very slightly underprojected
If it’s slightly unprotected why would you consider it? It’s understandle if it’s subhuman tier but cmon don’t be this desperate
