oral minox if ur willing to go through the bloat stage

if not just use topical minox for brows then use latisse for lashes. this is what ive been doing and ive noticed some improvements over the first month. my under eyes are a bit darker tho

i have the same issue just put maskara over the scar

Yes it's OP for lashes, but might irritate your eyes a bit, or apply it with a cotton ear swab to avoid it all
