You have to have a mentality though too, because there's always going to be someone better than you. Being insecure points out all your failios, hide that asap. In reality, if you're fit, and doing the right things you should be able to find someone good. At least that's my theory.

Me personally I would just use heads and shoulders shampoo, but you can also take fina and use a ketaconazole shampoo
