Wrong, if he enjoy doing a bro split it means he needs to do bro split? No. Enjoyment is important to an extent.

i would advice to experiment and see what split you enjoy and progress on the most.

Choose between PPL, UL, FBEOD/3 times a week, anterior posterior.

If you can go 2 times per week do FB 2 times per week,
If you can go 3 times do FB 3 times per week,
If you can go 4 times do FBEOD/UL/ant post,
If you can go 6 times do PPL/UL.

If he doesent go unless he runs a Bro Split?
i would say everything else is right but you have to look at the person themself

Spilt isn't important but ul or fbeod are probably the best

The quote on quote best is fb 3x a week but it's unenjoyable and takes so long to do I would suggest arold x UL

You want to minimize fatigue both for progress and for your health indicators. Low volume high frewuency training will build you the most muscle out of anything.
Never go more than 5x weekly.
If you can go 4x do u/rest/l/rest/upper/rest/l
If you can do 3x do fbeod
If you can go 2x do fb 2x

Train each muscle with a maximum of 8 direct sets per week, anything 3-8 is acceptable, 8 will not give you much more gains than 3, especially if you're advanced.

Never do more than 8 reps per set, only the last five reps of any set cause muscle growth so only do the last 5, a 4-8 or even 4-6 if you can maintain progressive overload is best. 3 is fine.

Never do dropsets, supersets, antagonistic supersets, trisets, etc. Only straight sets.

Order your exercises based on which muscles you want the biggest, if you want a thicker upper back, train upper back first. If you want bigger triceps but not as much as you want a bigger upper back, place them second, etc.

Never do free weights, they're not stable enough for large amounts of hypertrophy, do machines or extremely stabilized free weight movements like a preacher curl.

Never do stretch based exercises, for the most part avoid an exaggerated deep stretch.

Train muscles where they have the most leverage. E.g., lats have the most leverage near the mid range to bottom of the movement, so only do lat pulldowns in the lower half. No, there's no such thing as upper or lower lats, inner chest, etc. Train a muscle there's no need to do more than one exercise, any good bicep exercise trains all of the bis. Any good lat exercise trains all of the lats
