What is the best supplement stack?

Colouring, im a teen so bone growth idk
bone growth, muscle growth, a bit more height, do HIIT sprints, scientifically proven to increase HGH ( Human growth hormone ) Do them 3 times a week or even more, they build leg muscle too, and idk what you mean by colouring ?? tanning?
