I didn't say it will,i gave him advice to healthmax cuz ur health mostly determenetes his looks ,he is obviously underdeveloped and may be get all the nutrients will help his bones to grow ,i also do not know his age ,and may be it to late but ,a also said that HGH can help a little, he is also asymmetricle and if he will surgerymaxing in the future i do not think one surgery will be enough

Puberty is not only about ur height,im 16 too and 6'0"(183),but im still in puberty cuz i still grow (possibly u too) ,but puberty is also the time when ur organism getting stronger and ur bones grow (at face too) ,even now u change a lot inside, that's why u need to healthmax. Reach mtn without surgerys which such bone structure is hard but honestly the worst thing i immediately noticed on ur face is ur eye area,it is so bad ,but changeble,so not big deal ,just fixing eye area will make u look much better ,also do not hold ur lips in such way on photos and in life. U also have recessed lower jaw, i think that if u r going to do surgery,then better fix this part of face ,but now healthmax and work with ur eye area

Your lips are roughly 65% of your IPD. It's pretty bad and no commisuroplasty is going to increase it by enough to be meaningful.

The large discrepancy in lip fullness, plus the "gap" in the very middle are things that can be fixed. It might be related to the position of your jaws too. Some combination of lip lift and lip reduction, and potentially some kind of bimaxillary rotation could at least create a harmonised, albeit not wide enough, lips.
