doesnt it cause long term issues tho even if you only do it like one a week or twice at the most

??

the whole point of microneedling is to improve the skin??

It's only going to have negative effects if you spread infection to your skin with bad hygiene practices, use shit equipment (derminator 2 is best), needle too frequently, or use a depth setting that is too high for the area being needled. Research this shit proper;y before you poke holes in your face.

Otherwise it's good for your skin in the long term.

well microneedlign minoxidil. and I keep hearing minoxidil fucks up your skin a bit, causes some aging wrinkling and dark eyes, etc.

For beardmaxxing / eyebrowmaxxing / hairlinemaxxing, microneedling followed by minoxidil application is effective, but a setting of 0.25mm depth should be used to minimise the degree to which the minoxidil will go systematic.

For prettyboymaxxing, microneedling with a hyaluronic acid serum followed by aloe vera application is very effective. Concurrent oral collagen peptide (up to 30g/day) and hyaluronic acid (~240mg/day) supplementation significantly improves outcomes here.

so

hyaluronic acid serum (what supplement?)
concurrent oral collaagen peptide (best brand?)

concurrent = at the same time as something else (in this case microneedling)
you can get collagen peptides from lots of places, it's pretty hard to fuck up the quality, i get it from a sports supplement store that sells it in 750g bags of powder. Beef peptides.

For hyaluronic acid serum, you can buy it from the same place as the Derminator 2 microneedling device. I recommend both the serum and device. The serum is applied to skin just before and as you are needling it.

For hyaluronic acid oral supplement you can get it from a chemist or supplement store or whatever. ~240g/day administered orally.

use needles without imperfections

0.25 will be enough but what are the horrible side effects of microneedling if I dont do any of this? what can my skin look like

Not sure I understand the question. Side effects of systematic minoxidil include potential cardiotoxicity and bodily hair growth.

The tips in the 2nd paragraph aren't necessary and you can microneedle without following any of them. However if you do follow them you will achieve better and faster results and will be able to needle more frequently due to improved recovery speed.
