what is the best tretinoin brand and where to get it

I've been doing some research on tret and I thought I'd ask here, just in case I missed anything. I also read about some negatives, like the dryness of skin and shit like that, but could you not just moisturise over that and fix all the negatives???

Everyone goes through the dryness and flakiness at the start. Not even moisturizer will fully hide it. But you can start on lower strength levels to reduce the dryness/flakiness

if you mild acne you should do 0.025% tretinoin(every brand),tho for severe or mid acne you can either try 0.05 or 0.1% .Side effects are only in the start is kind of like a purge but it should go away after some time.You can order online any brand works.
