needless to say that when your body starts ketosis you will feel like shit and like if you were energy deprived so you may have low performance in any sport, especially in the gym, but if you want to lose weight that's the way to goInduce your body to reach ketosis and for overall health you should practice a team sports such as rugby, football or soccer but if you want to practice an individual sport then go for contact stuff like wrestling or boxing, although i have read that we aren't really made to play any sport since we use our intellect to achieve things, not physical qualities, man made metal to stop persistence hunting, we were really good at it though, I'm not that knowledgeable in this topic so don't take this as for granted but you can look it up if you're interested
