im going to start my second cycle that will be: 500mg of primobolan + 300mg Test E weekly for 12 or maybe 15 weeks, i know primobolan its meant to make me gain tons of muscle that i can keep after the cycle, and since im gonna be on peds im not sure about whats the best way of training in order to optimal recovering on this peds
the goal for this cycle is to bulk and gain important amount of muscle mass (im 6'2 and 141 pounds/64kg [im coming out of a depressive episode])
i need help finding an optimal range of sets per week or if there is any split that i can take advantage of, instead of working out like a natural
