drinking atleast once a week and smoking alteast few cigs a week, exercise, diet, its all about genetics tho tbh

I look 20 at 30

I never smoke, never drink, I exercice almost daily and eat quite often steamed vegetables

I drink enough water every day.

Even at 35 I will look 25 at best I believe because of my lifestyle and genetics

I also have zero sign of balding

  • Avoid Blue Light
