for me it was pretty easy, i have my own section in the fridge.

my diet is pretty ugly if i say so, my parents dont touch it, i hit them in a box where i normally put eggwhites in.
worked for a few weeks until i got a minifridge

1. hide in family fridge, taped to top or in the back hidden, behind item that wont be used, or hidden inside empty can etc, or container with your name on it ( they think its food) kinda risky tbh

2. my family has second fridge i wedge it into the side door and it doesnt fall and isnt noticable unless you squat

3. buy minifridge without telling, fill with energy drinks or soda or water, if they ask just say you really wanted one bc ur friends have it

if they arent reconstituted you dont need to refridgerate room temp is fine i wouldnt put everything in the same place cuz if u get busted its ggs
