High protein high (ANIMAL) fat diet, low carb. The carbs you’ll eat will be fruits and honey + low amounts of starch like potatoes+corn

My mom told me ‘Your cheeks got hollow’ and grandma was caging trying to forcefeed me bread jfl bc i’m getting leaner. Its working brah

dont eat too low below maintanence, only like 500 at most

Exercise is way more important for weight than all studies say because studies are made by hunchbacked nerds sitting on a computer all day who were bullied by jocks in high school and hate athletic endeavors. You see more thin people in McDonald’s than you see fat people in the gym. I played hockey my whole life and whenever I walk into a hockey rink I hardly ever see a fat person; despite the fact they’re all eating tons of junk food pizza beer etc. People who work out often or play organized sports eat a shitload of calories. This is also way more fun than dieting, and far better for your mental health.

But when it comes to diet, I find tracking every calorie to be extremely mentally taxing. I think it’s much easier to do intermittent fasting, or if you have a ton to lose even do alternate day fasting. Also I find whenever I hit at least 100g of protein in a day I feel full, even if I only ate about 1500 calories. Also drink plenty of water, add electrolytes to it. Have caffeine too as it’s an appetite suppressant and improves mental focus and energy obvs. Take Vitamin D, B12 & Magnesium

Going to the gym eating 200g protein medium carbs and medium fats training to failure and including 10 k steps per day while eating slightly below maintenance

Nah bro, I love her food and will always cherish it, she just wants me to eat brrad on the side and she misses to see my face bloated 😂😂
