What is the best way to permanently remove fat cells?

Still having fat cells even after losing significant fat is so brutal for so many reasons.

Seems like there isnt a consensus on what the best method is for removing them permanently. Liposuction is most popular among normies but theres got to be a better way.

I was thinking adipotide but theres not alot of recorded instances where people have used it for this purpose due to the liver toxicity.
