What is the best way to reduce PFH?

Saddled infras seem to very rarely reduce PFH from what ive seen and often do it in uncanny way

And lower eyelid retraction/ lower canthoplasties always seem to make the person just look really autistic and sometimes even cross eyed

A lot of people would probably say this is a good result but its uneven and looks unnatural

This horrible squinting look is consistent with almost everyone who does any type of cantho

Decent and more natural looking infra saddle results though:

A very uncanny result below

As you can see although his pfh does seem to be reduced I dont think it looks natural or contours to his face for some reason

Any type of fat grafting on the lower eyelid also dosnt seem to be the answer

Infraorbitals will never be enough people will also need fat grafts and lower lid retraction after, but balancing them all out will give you pleasant natural results, but you'll also need to be very conservative to not look uncanny, this is the key that many miss.

All of them have eyelid retracted, implant itself doesnt change the postion of eyelid

You are legit speaking non sense the case I showed did not have an LERR and no, eyelid positioning can only be change by LERR thats non sense its about the structure of the eye area itself lol, unless you have low laxity or softer tissue problems then an LERR would be more appropriate
