you can't go back to childhood where you didn't have adhd & built study habits while having peak neuroplasticity

You need to do a lot of practise questions and try understand the core fundamentals of the subject. If you are unable to prove from first principles why what you are studying is true, you won’t understand why it happens. This is a very time consuming and boring way of studying, but it’s the best way; it requires true interest/talent into the field.
