If you have adhd then adhd meds mog

altho there isn't any drug that actually makes a drastic difference, even the riskiest one's are cope
caffeine n creatine are prolly only reasonable one's but don't expect big change

techniques?
active recall: Aka immediately taking test after studying helps retaining it
just solve the problems given below the lesson
If you fail to solve a problem, immediately reattempt the problem by yourself after looking at the solution

It won't actually

but then again ADHD meds only fix your brain signaling
you can't go back to childhood where you didn't have adhd & built study habits while having peak neuroplasticity:blackpill:

I would advice you to not waste your time looking for study tips, nothing good comes out of it

My parents are cucks who won't let me get ADHD meds so I resorted to noise-cancelling headphones and brute forced my way into studying
What helped was finding a strict routine for myself throughout all parts of the day and literally forcing myself to move through sheer will

Should tag @imontheloose for study tips
You need to do a lot of practise questions and try understand the core fundamentals of the subject. If you are unable to prove from first principles why what you are studying is true, you won’t understand why it happens. This is a very time consuming and boring way of studying, but it’s the best way; it requires true interest/talent into the field.
