yeah i think yk that butt ima give some more details, get out in the sun between 11 am - 2 pm when the uv index is at its highest, if u just burn then go at a lower index time then slowly get higher, and cutting out seed oils will make u less likely to burn
u could use mt2 to tan faster butt be aware of it

no sunglasses, don't shower before tanning, avoid linoleic acid, don't overdo it and burn first day

Okay so look their is this object in the sky called the yellow dwarf aka the sol aka the sun. When you spend time outside under the sun your skin will automatically start to become darker due to the process of melanogenesis a protective response where your skin produces a pigment called melanin to absorb and scatter harmful UV radiation. Basically, your body is creating a natural "parasol" for your cells to prevent DNA damage!

i didn't mention sunscreen, butt sunscreen will make u tan less that's not what ur going for although and burn less

youre obviously a grey in general life if you’ve never gotten a tan before

if ur lighter fitzpatrick type especially, use 250 mcg mt2 per day and get even sun exposure over a week u should get a golden tan. If ur fp >3, then just go in the sun regularly the uv index should be high enough to get significantly tan using mt would just nigmax you
