Your brow ridge looks good it is something I have noticed in other photos.

The protrusion is your frontal sinus which is hollow, it is not just a random area of thick solid bone. I would say your frontal sinus is moderately pneumatized.

For people with an overly-pneumatized frontal sinus this is not an aesthetic dimorphic trait since aesthetic dimorphic brow ridges are sharper and lower set than the overl-round and higher set prominence an un-aesthetic overly developed frontal sinus gives. These people can have 2 things done:

One is a custom implant above the brow ridge to smooth it out. Another is a Type III Brow Bossing or Brow-Bone Setback (then you can add a custom implant to create the aesthetic brow ridge shape 6 months-year later as a 2-stage correction.)

I wouldn't recommend any of these to you.

A super high Iq response form you. Hope everything is going well on your end mate. Hope 2021 can be better. Pretty decided on bimax, just have to find the surgeon that is willing to give the best aesthetic result and is blackpilled about the movements I need to get anteface. Any recommendations?
