What is the bulge eye thing called?

I'm sure i read/heard somewhere that having that little buldge at the buttom of your eye is attractive, i think it was a Faceandlms video.

I also have the same thing going on and i think it gives me brownie points. I get told i have nice eyes a lot in my life but i'm thinking they're just talking about the colour but maybe its also my bulge going on.
