what is the cause of droopy upper eyelids

my upper eyelids look kinda droopy which gives the appearance of nct

i thought it was just nct at first but i dont think nct would make sense cuz my lower eyelid is straight and from what ive seen people with a nct dont usually have straight lower eyelids

dont wanna post myself so i just drew that shit

thats how my eye looks

if its actually nct like i first suspected lmk

I have same issue in one eye, its lower canthal tilt than other eye and asymmetrical
