I'm not making this thread to sit here and ask for flowers or anything, I'm just genuinely curious because women get flowers while men don't get anything, men pay for dinner and are also supposed to pay for the nails and shit and there is no female equivalent of that.

And idk about other countries but in eastern europe March 8 (National Womens Day) is celebrated and women get hella flowers but there is no "national men day" where men get anything

And the expectations for each gender in general are hella uneven aswell.
Men: be mentally tough, be the provider (make decent money), be the protector (be strong/know how to fight), buy flowers, etc
Women: good hygiene (shave and stuff), remain pure (easy), and in some countries women are expected to be housewives but that work is light its just boring
