@OP the ideal midface ratio is 1.0 and the average IPD is 64 mm.
Having a wider than average IPD is preferable to having a narrower than average IPD.
IPD's over about 69 mm begin to look too far apart. Even with good PFL it becomes hard to stop yourself looking gaylien.
Ideal is an IPD in the 64 to 69 mm range with a midface ratio of 1.0, with deviations from preferably being in the favour of compactness rather than length, and the philtrum length staying in the 13 to 15 mm range.
