My lips are full, but they are too narrow and the upper lip is weird rip

Just get mouth widening surgery the scars will heal well most the time and if not you can get scar revision much better than having a narrow mouth

Palate expander might give a few mms but it’s not gonna be noticeable

Big difference with the surgery she had lip lift too so dw about the nose scar, this was right after surgery as well the scars will fade
