Your skull must be giga broad to have low ES with that IPD.Also it is important to consider facial fat. I have 31mm PFL (which is large), 68mm IPD (which is large) and intercanthal distance similar/equal to PFL. When I was fatter (around 30% body fat) my ES Ratio was 0.43, now is 0.45 at around 22-25% body fat. I suspect it will be around 0.47 when I hit 10-12% body fat due to losing even more fat in the zygos.

IPD is hard to measure dead accurately without one of the proper things opticians use - I got 72mm when I Tryed measuring with a ruler in front of my nose- but obviously the ruler is significantly infront of these eyes so that will be an overestimate of the real IPD and I’m not sure how much by - my true IPD is probably 70mm or soI have 34mm PFL and 14mm PFH, how over is that?
IPD no idea, I just know I'm not a cyclope but I don't have separate eyes either

Tbf I’m not even sure what my ES is cos it seems to vary from pic to pic for some reason but it’s in the high side- like 0.5

Best way to measure both IPD and PFL is to use a caliper.
