How much does he need to gain in every area to stop being one?

If the average is 5'9", 3.5 PSL and an average frame, here's what he needs in each category.

Guy with average height and frame will need 5.5 PSL face
Guy with average face and height will need top 1% frame
Guy with average frame and face will need 6'0" height

There are just too many variables and elements to say where the cutoff is. Even if we could make a sort of vague blurry cutoff line, it would still vary depending on location. There is also no way to say which features could or could not make someone an incel, or save them from being an incel, without knowing all the other variables. Sexual attraction is just a web of inexorably tied traits and other things, I dont think you can ever identify something as specific as a cutoff
