What is the maximum calorie deficit that will not stunt growth during puberty

Im 15 in 2 days 183cm(6ft) and would want to weight down without stunting my possible growth
Is there a somewhat general answer, or is it individual for everyone

"maximum" shouldn't even be a consideration. Just do a 300-500 deficit with good protein and micros and you'll be fine and lose bodyfat in good speeds.

Lower than baseline and your body goes into anorexic instead of growing bones

if you eat a animal based diet like me you'll lose lots of fat till youre at like 12-15 bodyfat as you should be. it will also ascend eery other aspect of you.

That's what i've been sticking up to but I had doubts that even 500kcal could do damage because of diffrent answers i obtained from the internet and AI
if you eat a animal based diet like me you'll lose lots of fat till youre at like 12-15 bodyfat as you should be. it will also ascend eery other aspect of you.

no u just need to get in the right minerals, vitamins, and proteins to grow

i eat similar i think
5 eggs for breakfast
rice and chicken for lunch
cottage cheese with bread roll for dinner
and after the workout protein powder mixed with milk
