So I have an overbite of 2mm (measured by ortho).
Is it even worth it to get a BSSO with this bite because the risk to reward isn’t that good, but when I jut my lower jaw to meet my upper teeth, I look much better.
Would a surgeon be willing to operate to fix such a small overbite, even though I have no breathing or chewing issues?
Could I get away with just getting a genioplasty, while getting the desired results: such as this guy in the before and after photos attached:
