very slight bowlegs > straight legs > bowlegs > knock knees

Not quite fixable through exercise. When you are structurally knock kneed/bowlegged, your legs are bent in/out due to bone structure. trying to fix it through exercise is like exercising to get taller- you cannot change your bone structure through exercise, only surgery can do that.
