What is the most efficient method to cut down bf%?

I am 17 years of age, 190cm tall weigh in at around +-73kg bw. My bf% is around 15.

What is the quickest, yet most healthy and long holding way to cut down body fat percentage?

build more muscle (unironically)
you already are light for your height, if you gain 10kg of muscle and little fat, you'll be able to eat as much as now and be leaner

If you want to be lean for this summer, walk more if you're able to, eat less

Bro he's already 73kg at 190cm ffs, I'm 187 and all the evidence show I'll be 15% bf at 77kg so it's quite impossible that you at 190 are at 73 maybe you don't have any muscles, so that COULD be the case, build SOME muscles, that's the greatest moment when you're probably even lil less then 15% -

I have been on 10.000 steps daily, consuming +-1400kcal as well. Nevertheless, my weight fluctuates.
you lack muscle mass, don't get just lean, have some muscle too
Also, it takes some time and consitency

I have a quite well-developed body, that isn't the problem - so I think. I'm planning on building more muscle, not only for the summer, but in general. Also thinking of buzzing the hair, once I reach a certain facial structure.

I generally like the idea of a skinny-lean, yet somewhat muscular build.

How can I reach something like that?

I guess eating more or less maintenance, working out 3-4x a week, eating enough protein and be patient ;)

Nobody sane on this forum is advocating anything different then what you described: lean somewhat muscular build, the best

listen just eat fucking protein, anything and everything you consume must have protein (do 15% carbs dont completely cut them out), also workout just do calsithenics push ups, pull ups, crunches and try to maintain ur bodyweight so dont cut or bulk just try to maintain "mass", you will slowly lose fat and gain muscles, will take a while tho; or you blast tren and do heavy wightlifting ur choice
