I have built some muscle over the past two years but they're not really visible probably due to shit diet probably. I want to lose fat over the next 6 months. Probably at 30 percent bf right now. 5'7 190lbs (15)

Thank you so much for the reply, but what should I NOT do? What should I avoid doing?

If you’re implying about eating a calorie, then you’re incorrect.
Physiologically its impossible to lose weight eating above a maintainence (without sufficient exercise)

1. Weight is consisted of muscle, fat, bone, and water.

2. Exercising will have an impact on your weight depending on the intensity

3. You should NEVER do cardio.

4. You can not outrun a bad diet that contains carbohydrates and plant toxins.

Calorie - a unit of energy equivalent to the heat energy needed to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 Β°C.

1. Calories are units of heat energy

2. Heat has no mass therefor can not be brought to rest via consumption

3. What you are referring to is MASS input and output

avoid seed oils, estrogenic foods like soy and dont eat processed shit. also check if vegetables and fruits are genetically modified and/or have too much pesticides and chemicals on them
Thanks again ☺️ but how do I check if vegetables and fruits are genetically modified though?

You may also see 'derived from bioengineering' or 'ingredients derived from a bioengineered source' on a label.
dont know its different for every country but if u live in us
Where will I find GM listed on the label? You will find the statement 'genetically modified' on the label either next to the name of the food (e.g. 'genetically modified soy beans'), or in association with the specific GM ingredient in the ingredient list (e.g. 'soy flour (genetically modified)').
u can find it on a sticker and labels i think. Also
