Theres no optimal diet all the carnivore diets etc are shit. Just eat the most nutrient dense food u can find:soy: and make sure your macros are correct too

you think chad thinks about this stuff? just eat anything you want unless youre a guy who gains weight easily in which case idk eat fucking oat meal and beef nigga

If you don't move out of your house and you are a lazy fuck than lowering carbs is a good idea. If you are active person trynna grow adding carbs might help
 
Eat lots of meat, fruit, veggies, and other whole foods

grass-fed lamb & grass-fed beef, a little wild-caught salmon. Most other types of meat can sugma nuts son :lul::lul:. Raw or lightly pasteurised milk is good, sheeps milk even better. For carbs, quinoa, lentils and couscous are most likely the best holistically nutrition wise. Add in a bunch of fruit (except very sugary fruit), and extra virgin olive oil, and finally some high-quality eggs (like 6 a day)
