imo a little bit of everything diet is cope anyway

just eat relatively clean mostly animal based high meat and egg milk consumption

eat some goyslop like once or twice a week not the end of the world

At the moment I'm trying to eat mainly: milk or kefir, meat, fish, butter, eggs etc... And bodyweight exercises, quite minimalist but I take food supplements too, I think it's enough

Raw meat every day. Beef, liver, heart.

Raw milk and cream. Builds bones, fixes hormones.

Raw eggs. Liquid brain fuel.

Raw fat. Marrow, suet, butter. Pure energy.

Raw honey. Only carb you need.

Cooking destroys enzymes, ruins nutrients, and makes you age.

We read everything and its opposite here, I think I'll go for something simple based on whole foods, complex carbohydrates, healthy fat, and of course lots of protein. But apparently carbs are bad (😆)

Don't need all that. Get multivitamin that provides every single nutrient (over 90) from amazon. Gluten free and eating antioxidants like berries mog.

literal primalcel, cooking is not poisonous if you overcook then yes you will increase the risk of carcinogens. OP just look into Paul Saladino and Ray Peat; raw organs, raw milk, cooked muscle meats with fruit/fruit juices and honey are the best
