Because once you get to a certain point of attractiveness it becomes somewhat subjective. Different people like different things. PSL tries to be objective but the rater always has an internal bias either towards a more masculine look or a more feminine look

Here are some men with "lower" PSL, who are GigaChads, and in their prime would OUTSLAY Chico to death:

If ANY of these guys posted their iPhone selfies in the Rating section of looksmax, they would ALL fall within 5/10-7/10. Except maybe Ellis and Travolta (8/10), but still not Gigachads (9/10). NONE would be called gigachad.

However EACH OF THEM was (is) considered a sex symbol! Not just a status-maxxed dude, but LEGIT SEXUALLY ATTRACTIVE.

So I seriously rated Ryan as 9/10 easily. Based just on how my brain saw him. Now, I would NOT. Because i myself now am autist with all those canthal tilts and shit.

But from this i conclude that PSL ratings have LITTLE to do with real-lift attractiveness. Except for some obvious things like BIG jaw recession, SEVERE negative canthal tilt, baldness, small height, etc., failos often are not that much of failos really. HARMONY ABOVE ALL. If the face is good looking, it might have failos, even severe ones like Gosling's uneven eyes. BUT it does not matter: women will still see it attractive.

In short, I think Looksmax PSL ratings are a big circlejerk. This site better be used for others' opinion, not for a STRICT number, like "where am i on the looks scale" which is completely stupid question.

I never said they would stop being attractive. It’s just at a certain point of attractiveness preferences will become more important.
For example chico is objectively perfect but you can agree that girls in the 14-18 age group would prefer him way more then women who are 24-30+.

Its usually because some lower PSL guys are usually very pretty boy maxxed, or have certain pretty features that ascend them hard, for example, black men with green eyes but good skin, HTNs that have very feminine faces, etc...
