No its not im preety sure there is some blepharoplasty lower eyelid procedure that will fix this. Or you can just run permasquint game.

I have the same issue, lack of eye support. Running permasquint until surgery

in my opinion your eyebrows are too small, you can grow them with minoxidil or enlarge them with makeup
