Sometimes my acne scars look so subhuman

But when I try and get unfrauded pics to try and gauge the full extent of them they look alright

No

Either you leave them and they will take a few years to fade via your skin replacing all of the cells.

Or you can get CO2 laser or another treatment and they will disappear within a few sessions
