lack of upper tooth show. He has a long Philtrum but there’s people with very long philtrums who show a lot of upper tooth. Is it a deficient maxilla? Does he need bimax+downgraft?

Jfl. My father has no upper tooth show and his parents never had a sip of alcohol. I have it too just less.
