there is no such thing as a "perfect" eye area, or any feature

there are some objectively bad traits, and some objectively good ones, but when there are no real failos, it becomes subjective

whose eye area is better, chicos or gandys? or <insert any male model>?

in one way, it's a "flawless" eye area, but I thing what you mean is that it's not "striking"

Here's my take on it:

The main thing detracting from your eye shape is your upper eyelid. It's very straight, and so the fat pads above follow it accordingly. Your medial canthus is very defined, but the lateral seems like it ends abruptly, and that's basically because of the shape of the upper lid.

You can see in the drawing below how if it was more curved (drooping down "sooner"), it would look more 'almondy' and pfl would seem higher (even though it's the same). It would generally make the eye area more pleasing.

So, how to go about achieving this? One way is to grow the lashes more and try to gently push the ones near the "outer corner" (lateral canthus) even more to the side. This might not have a huge effect but it's a way to increase perceived pfl and make your upper lid seem more 'curvy'. The thing that would really make a difference is altering the hooding, though. If you could make the fat pads have a smoother curve, the upper lid would be become a non-issue. I don't really know how to do this, though.

As for your eyebrows, trim the inner parts, they're way too messy.
